Dominated by its 12th century citadel, Mane is home to the Château de Sauvan, nicknamed the "Little Trianon of Provence", and the Priory of Salagon, a listed Romanesque complex that has become a departmental museum of ethnology, surrounded by ethnobotanical gardens labelled "Remarkable Garden".
